On the menus of our restaurants you can find traditional lamb and cheese of Pag, that is well known all over the world. These island specialties are unique because of the climate that is strongly influenced by the bora-wind and in which many aromatic plants thrive, along with salt, give that special flavor to the sheep milk of Pag.

"Macaroni" (Makaruni)- handmade pasta that is put on needles, octopus, fritters and other things that can be found on the menus of many restaurants with the best olive oil from Luna.

Baškotin, a hard bread roll made according to the old recipe in the Benedictine monastery of St. Marguerite in Pag, is an original Croatian product!

For dessert, we recommend the typical curd cake, hrostulas or fritas.

Wines of the island!
Taste the traditional white wine Gegić, a local wine, or the blend of the red wines Burin. To toast it is recommend an excellent grappa from various aromatic herbs of the island
